PS.
PS. A worker

Every act that an artist makes becomes an art.

The title 'artist' is hard to prove. This work started from a curiosity about how the audience would watch and judge an artistic activity I perform. Universally, art was dismissed for being unique and noble, even if this perspective was corrected after the age of contemporary art came. People who never experienced any education in the art would feel that contemporary art neglects beauty, unlike old, historical art. Art should be beautiful. Unlike this misunderstanding of beauty, beauty contains ugliness and filth, just like it contains entertainment and satisfaction. Not only does something being in a museum not mean it's an artwork, but also something going out of daily life doesn't mean it's an artwork. With this view, I worked with the keyword 'laborer,' which defines the lowest class of society.

Every action an artist performs becomes art. People in the photographs keep making disposable installations with materials they found, which could express beauty. These people might seem like any other workers in paused moments, but by taking this action, they perform, and a whole process becomes art. Through the work of 'workers,' I ask the audience about the 'art' they've understood.
